Working Capital Analysis: Professional Development Track

This isn't another generic finance course. We built this program after spending years helping businesses untangle their cash flow problems. You'll learn the actual frameworks we use with clients—not textbook theory that falls apart in real situations.

Four Phases That Build Real Capability

1

Financial Statement Foundations

Start with balance sheets and cash flow statements. We focus on spotting the patterns that matter—working through real examples from Australian businesses across different sectors.

2

Ratio Analysis & Benchmarking

Learn which ratios actually tell you something useful. Quick ratio, cash conversion cycle, days sales outstanding—we cover what they mean in practice, not just how to calculate them.

3

Scenario Modeling

Build models that help businesses make decisions. You'll work with seasonal variations, growth scenarios, and stress testing—the kind of analysis that boards actually use.

4

Advisory Communication

Transform technical analysis into clear recommendations. Practice presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders and writing reports that get read instead of filed away.
