Working Capital Analysis: Professional Development Track
This isn't another generic finance course. We built this program after spending years helping businesses untangle their cash flow problems. You'll learn the actual frameworks we use with clients—not textbook theory that falls apart in real situations.
Register Your InterestFour Phases That Build Real Capability
Financial Statement Foundations
Start with balance sheets and cash flow statements. We focus on spotting the patterns that matter—working through real examples from Australian businesses across different sectors.
Ratio Analysis & Benchmarking
Learn which ratios actually tell you something useful. Quick ratio, cash conversion cycle, days sales outstanding—we cover what they mean in practice, not just how to calculate them.
Scenario Modeling
Build models that help businesses make decisions. You'll work with seasonal variations, growth scenarios, and stress testing—the kind of analysis that boards actually use.
Advisory Communication
Transform technical analysis into clear recommendations. Practice presenting findings to non-financial stakeholders and writing reports that get read instead of filed away.
Who You'll Learn From

Verity Brennan
Lead Program Facilitator
Verity spent twelve years doing working capital analysis for mid-market companies before joining NeoBridgePoint. She's worked through three economic downturns and knows which metrics hold up when things get messy. Her specialty is helping analysts spot problems before they show up in the numbers.

Saffron Kelleher
Technical Workshop Lead
Saffron runs our technical training after years managing the finance function for a national distributor. She's particularly good at teaching ratio interpretation and building models that actually work under pressure. Participants appreciate her straightforward approach to complex topics.
Autumn 2026 Intake Schedule
Program Opens
Two weeks of core financial statement analysis. Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6-9pm, at our Adelaide training space. Remote attendance available for interstate participants.
Applied Analysis Phase
Three weeks working through case studies. You'll analyze actual company financials and present your findings. Group work starts here—most participants form study groups that continue after the program.
Modeling Workshop
Ten days of intensive scenario modeling. Bring your laptop—we work in Excel extensively. You'll leave with templates you can adapt for different situations.
Final Project Period
Choose a business challenge and complete a full working capital assessment. Present your recommendations to a panel that includes practicing finance directors. This becomes your portfolio piece.
